The first hotel on this list is actually where we stayed and we loved it! Waking up surrounded by stone walls and watching the balloons rise over Göreme felt truly magical. The view in the morning was stunning! And the staff really treated us very well.

The views from most hotel terraces in the Cappadocia are just incredible, and the whole experience is unlike anywhere else. We visited in autumn, which was perfect with cooler weather and fewer crowds, but summer is definitely on top of my list for the next trip!
