The village, with five hundred inhabitants, is in the protected landscape of holm oaks and junipers of the Sierra de Guadarrama, just an hour from Madrid and fifteen minutes from Segovia, in an area with a tradition of horse breeding and livestock. It has producers of organic meat, grocery stores, a pharmacy, and a bakery. Spread over two floors, the house has a living area, dining room, fully equipped kitchen available to guests, and a small garden patio with a pool.
